This version consists of the following features and user-enhancements: 1. Updated Result Screen: - Addition of new trends (BUY NEUTRAL and SELL NEUTRAL) to indicate consolidation or development of trend change - Detailed, actionable recommendation based on the current trend and recommendation to buy/sell on the next trading day - Same day trend notification after market close - Previous trend recommendation, price, and date - Addition of information button ("i" button), providing shortcut to "How To Use App" guide on home screen. Guide has been updated to include new trends. 2. Watchlist Screen Enhancements: - Import/Export feature for user's watchlist, allowing for watchlist to be saved in user's phone and retrieved later if needed - Improved "Result" section with more detailed recommendations (Applies to "Scanners" as well) 3. Improved Backtest: - Now computes with prices from next trading day to match with the app's recommendation, providing a more realistic simulation of trading - Algorithm takes into consideration high/low prices within next trading day for its sell/buy calculations respectively - Addition of "Shorting" feature: - Toggle button has been provided which allows user to backtest using short-selling in addition to the regular buying/selling - Allows user to select the number of stocks that they want to short for their backtest calculations 4. Other Enhancements: - Significant improvement of app processing time - Current trend calculations have been configured to only allow closing prices.
